What really matters to us at the end of the day is making the daily life of our customers easier, safer and more efficient, both at the dental practice and the laboratory. Our consistent focus on customer benefit and perfect applications are what made Komet great. So much so, that the Lemgo-based company has become a global player in dental/medical technology, with an all-comprehensive product line that ranges from standard burs to innovative endodontic solutions and from innovative high-performance grinding tools for all materials commonly used in the dental lab to efficient, cleverly thought-out polishers and finishers.
One of our greatest strengths is the proximity to our customers and our awareness of their needs. In Germany, Komet products are sold through direct distribution, either in person by a sales rep or via our online shop. The same applies to our international affiliates who focus on excellent service and expert consulting as much as we do.

Perfect Veneer Preparation Set.
Innovation for the practice: Perfect Veneer Preparation Set.
Ceramic veneers are now firmly established as a sound alternative to traditional treatment methods which tend to be more invasive. Veneers have come a long way since they mainly served as a highly esthetic option for the labial region. We differentiate between labial veneers with different degrees of wrap and various preparation geometries on the one hand and functional veneers at the palatal surfaces of incisors on the other hand.
Developed in close cooperation with external lecturer Dr. Ahlers and Prof. Dr. Edelhoff, the Perfect Veneer Preparations (PVP) set 4686/ST covers all types of veneers.
Minimally invasive, perfectly thought out.

Minimally invasive, perfectly thought out. Occlusion Onlay set.
The occlusion onlay set 4665/ST according to external lecturer Dr. Ahlers and Prof. Edelhoff contains a manageable selection of useful instruments to facilitate the preparation prior to placing occlusion onlays.
The instrument 855D is intended for pre-preparation. Provided with depth marks, it enables the preparation of guide grooves and levelling of the masticatory surface. The OccluShapers (fig. 370 and 8370) ensure rounded contours while the region of the central fissure can be prepared to a concave shape. At the same time, the zone of the former cusps can be prepared to a convex form to support the occlusion onlay.
They know your job:
Q-finishers and Art2 polishers.
The none plus ultra for finishing composite: A combination of tungsten carbide Q-finishers and the 2-step Art2 polishers. These tungsten carbide instruments create smoother surfaces than comparable diamond instruments.
Like this, you can save time and effort during the subsequent polishing phase.
